Free RV dump station and easy access! Dump station is located at pump #19 (the truck/diesel pumps). Water is available as well at the pump but doesn’t clarify if it’s potable or not. Clean restrooms. Food and snacks inside gas station. Good fuel prices. Parking available.

This was a nice spot. Spent one night doing a shake down run for my truck camper. It was quiet and rustic. Only one put toilet which was on the West side of the lake. I of course camped on the east side. So bring your own toilet and toilet paper.

This would be a great campground if there were portable water to fill tanks. The camp has repeatedly failed tests because of heavy metals. Boiling doesn’t help. So length of stay is dictated by size of fresh water tank. It’s been an on going problem and not sure how serious they are about fixing. Otherwise the forested camp has good-sized sites...

• Fairly level site. • Beautiful well maintained campground. • Showers are clean, nice and big, okay pressure and decent hot water. • No cable, a few air channels. • Staff are excellent. • Fairly quiet, can not hear the highway. • Close to Deadwood, Sturgis, Lead and the Center of The Nation Monument. • I would stay here again....

A great place outside of New Braunfels to stop and get off the road. Super nice swim beach and level sites. Staff is great with easy check in even without reservations on Memorial Weekend. Lacks some amenities but it appears they’re still building them. This is a work in progress and can’t wait to see how it turns out.
