Arrived late afternoon and was met by friendly staff who gave us the scoop on the campground and a recommendation for lunch in Provincetown. By the time we found our campsite which was not level at all, the office was closed. I emailed to tell them we were moving to a spot that was more level and they graciously moved our reservation. Camp sites are close together and some are very tiny so make sure you pay attention to the descriptions on the web site. Probably would be very crowded and noisy in the summer. Facilities were ok and it was about 1 mile to downtown. It is an easy walk, but some is on the side of busy route 6.

We stayed here Sunday - Thursday in mid September and there was plenty of open spots. That was great because sites are close to each other. Some sites might have a few trees/foliage between them, others not so much. I am glad we were camping with friends in the spot next to us. I have a 21 foot MB Sprinter van and was able to get around without issue. The street within the camp has some sharp turns which can cause anyone pulling a trailer some issues. Our friends towing a 24’ trailer behind their truck (with plenty of towing experience) had to really work to back into their site. Don’t let the camp map fool you to think you have lots of space. The showers are $0.25 for 3 minutes, and a $0.75 minimum. The dishwashing stations were great to use. The facilities are taken care of and clean. It is about a 1 mile walk into town.

The camp sites are very nice, well spread out. Some sites are not flat, and very narrow. The showers and restrooms are very clean.
Location is perfect, Not too far from downtown Provincetown - no noise.

We usually camp in state or national parks or forests because we like the space and privacy. This campground is not like that, but it is not like private campgrounds where you are on top of each other. It's kind of in between. If you don't need services, some sites are very private and large enough. The space for electric and water sites is more limited. We would recommend 23 as being one of the biggest, if you don't mind being close to washrooms.
This campground is not well suited for big rigs.
Washrooms are clean, and there are sinks for dishwashing (great!). Showers are coin operated, but only 25cents for 3 minutes.
Sites in the 67 to 82 range are nice, but you will hear the main road from there. The sites on the left side of "Ground Hog Hill" are very small and are back to a fence to people's backyards - avoid those.
AT&T 4G comes in fairly good in the campground

Sites are private, quiet and big enough. Roads in the campground are not well maintained. We have a splinter 23feets...and it was not easy to circulate.

The web site says quaint, and that it is. Visited at end of September, so it was very quiet while we were there. Our site was a bit tight to s-turn into, but doable. Most sites looked pretty tight and you will be close to any neighbors.
Only down side is that there are some houses that look over the fence and right into the campground. Was not an issue for us however.
