Overall Rating
very small campground on Bull Lake. One paved road (easy access from Hwy 56) in with a turn-around loop at the end. A trailer up to 20 feet might fit in the site at the loop end. Sites are in trees along the edge of the lake, with views across the lake. There are vault toilets and water. There is also a beach area that was crowded when I was there, early August. The day use area has boat access. No trails from the campground but you can drive to various Cabinet Mountain trail heads. I probably would not stay again just because I like more choices to set up my camper and there's a lot of areas to explore in this region of Montana.
