We spent 2 nights in the Cody City Park Campground. We were the only campers here so had plenty of space and had the pick of the full hookup sites. We backed our 40 foot Class a into our choice and leveled without any issues at all we did not even need any leveling pads. The park is right behind an old grain elevator and that shields any noise from US-20. We ate lunch at a bar in town and the food was tasty and well prepared. The owner was a great source of information about the locality. There is a small coffee shop that has itinerate hours of operation. we managed to get coffee twice and they offer delicious homemade baked goods. We paid $20 dper nite (donation) need cash or a check.

Great overnight stop. WATCH OUT for the sand burrs that you find in sandy, dry areas. They are tenacious and hurt. All 3 of our dogs got into them and we spent an hour pulling them out of fur and our skin. Stay to the green grassy area of the park and you are fine.

10 spots available and we were the only RV there. With 20’ TT I didn’t have to unhook from F250. Quiet and nice. Much appreciated to the City of Cody

Easy in and out. Maintained and clean. Shower available. 50 amp service. Actually was quiet. Bar and grill across the street from the park.

10 channels of SD and NE PBS with antenna! Grassy spots with full hookups, 30/50 amp service, plus water near by and a dump station. Restrooms were a messy disaster Yuck! Park is beautiful with lots of picnic tables and shade.

Enjoyed two days here. Only one other trailer. Full hookups with 30 amp electric. Grass was a little tall, but no one bothered us.

All descriptions & reviews are accurate, but we just wanted to add that the public bathrooms with showers on-site are still locked up due to Covid-19. Since each of the six 30 or 50-amp RV sites has a full-hookup sewer dump on-site there is little need for the showerhouses. There are only a couple of faucets down at one end, so either fill up when you get there or use long water hoses potentially strung together.
