Overall Rating
Very nice campground with lots of room between sites and concrete pads. It’s very wooded and sites have good privacy- especially sites # 1 and 3. Super clean and well maintained. Camp host is very nice and helpful. He’s also a professional mobile RV repairman! Pretty incredible for a city campground!

This is the best Campground ground we have found in Mo.
In woods under trees 50 Amps full hook up and level sites not on top of each other
The best part is the camp host! They are two very nice people and he can fix about anything on your RV.
WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.

I agree with just about everything the prior reviewers shared. 17 back-in sites, nearly level, nicely landscaped (leaves cleared and mulched) with some quite long. I agree with just about everything the prior reviewers shared. 17 back-in sites, nearly level, nicely landscaped (leaves cleared and mulched) with some quite long. Each site has a covered picnic table with grill, pole, and fire ring. Firewood at the host's site. There is a central bathhouse with laundry. Easy walk-up registration this time of year - fewer than half the sites were taken. The host greeted me, took care of the paperwork, and provided guide maps of the area.
The trails on both sides of the lake are quite nice - good for hiking, dog walking, and MTB. There is a model airfield just east of the entrance to the campground and I saw someone flying a model plane over the lake which is nice to know if you have a drone.
A couple of things to note - after the host's site, the dump station is on the left and the road does an S curve. After that, there is an 8-degree climb up the hill to the campsites. It's short but quite steep so if towing or if the road is slick, that could be tricky.
There are 9 or so water spigots throughout the campground. Most are not located in such a way that would allow a direct connection, though some campers had long insulated hoses and were able to do so. The directive is to come with a splitter so the water can be shared, though at some sites that may simply not be practical due to placement. Just realize every site isn't guaranteed a direct water connection. The map shows the location of the water spigots. Otherwise, the sites had excellent electrical and sewer hookups.
T-Mobile 5G right now is 294 down and 20 up. AT&T hotspot was variable, between 15-43 down and 5-6 up though I was able to stream with no problem. 24 or so OTA channels.
Almost forgot, the west side road (Binder Lake Road) is decked out with lights and simulcast for the holidays.. $20 per car 6-9 PM, but most RVs won't fit due to a hoop of lights over a portion of the road.

We only spent one night here but it’s a great campground. Quiet and tucked in the woods. Bathhouse is nice and fairly modern. Probably the only negative is you share water and you will need a splitter and a long water hose. A positive-pads are concrete! Nice!

This is a great campground. Sites are level, full hook ups, covered picnic tables. Clean and pretty! Would definitely come back again!

Quiet, clean. Greeted by friendly, helpful host. Large full hookup sites, all back in. Concrete, level pad, shelter over picnic tables set on concrete. Paved interior roads. Did not use facilities although they looked nice from the outside. Trash receptacles every 2-3 sites along the road. Several big rigs.

We took our new trailer out for a quick one night stay. Binder was a good choice. 15 minutes from home, but had some stuff for the kids to do and it was close to stores to pick up things that should've been in the camper but wasn't. Met some nice people and had a quiet night. Would and will come back.
