It may depend on the time of the year, but we enjoyed this little oasis. Only 8 camp spots available, but we were almost alone. This is a free camping area but recommended donations of $8 a night which is very generous for the amazing quite and pretty camping area. A long trail for walking, bicycling and horses. It may depend on the time of the year, but we enjoyed this little oasis. Only 8 camp spots available, but we were almost alone.
This is a free camping area but recommended donations of $8 a night which is very generous for the amazing quite and pretty camping area. A long trail for walking, bicycling and horses. The pit toilet does have some bugs flying around. There is no electricity, and water is available in a common area. There is also fire pits. We are in a van, but we saw a motorhome with a tow vehicle and fifth wheel as well. A well maintained gravel road with no overhangs to interfere with vehicles height into the park. I wouldn't recommend more than a 30 ft. Vehicle. Limited internet, but we have a booster. We would definitely come here again!!😁👍

We stayed one night and we're woke up by a man walking into our vehicle at 3:30, I have no idea what he was doing, but it was scary.

Designed for equestrians however there was no one other than myself in the campground during the month of March. Drinking water spigot was working. Vault toilet. Clean. Dumpster available for trash disposal. Hiking trails were good but obvious evidence of horse use naturally.
Gravel road leading in was in good condition. My site needed litter picked up from previous occupant but once cleaned up it was very enjoyable.
VERY QUIET AREA.
Great for boondocking up to 14 days.
