Enjoyed this park. Lots of space between sites. We were on the outer edge of the park backed up to the trees, a bit close to the road but not too much noise. It is fun to walk down to the bay flats. Relatively close to the main towns. The WiFi was pretty good but we were a bit away. Nice, new facilities.

Nicely spaced level sites. Very near the bay. Fire pits! Great, clean laundry (a bit pricey - $2.50 wash/$2.50 dry) and bathrooms (they provide towels). Some highway noise.
Responsive staff. Doggie bags provided around the park. Great WiFi.

Easy setup as the lots are well spaced apart and very level. The campground is fairly new about 2 years old so the trees and shrubs are small and not fully matured yet. However the sense of privacy between lots is very comfortable.
Staff was friendly, informative and responsive. A nice deep fire pit with wood available and will deliver. Security seems fine as we saw State Patrol and Sheriff patrol the area.
Rates vary here depending how close to the water you are from $59 to $95. A bit spendy but worth the view of the bay and wildlife. The sunsets are wonderful.
Full services are available which makes it nice with all of the comforts.
The site includes a sizable number of rentable cabins and airstreams.

Bay Point is only 1 year old and quite luxurious. The RV sites are all suited for big RVs and the facilities offer fantastic bathrooms, laundry, an indoor pool, fitness center and several spaces to hang out and enjoy the view. There is a small store and they also rent 3 different types of cabins and Airstream trailers. Friendly staff and close to state parks, crabbing, and restaurants. They also have the best WiFi we've ever had at a campground. The camp isn't on the ocean but rather on Coos Bay but there is still a sandy beach to play with the dog.
