Beautiful campground. Very clean rest rooms. No WiFi. Very spacious site. Must turn on all breakers for electric to work- that’s a first! Loved our site 83. Very clean. Friendly staff.
Largest Virginia state park is a beauty, with good hiking trails. We had a very nice, shaded, paved, pull-through site. Rest rooms fine; laundry facilities ditto. Very friendly staff. Well maintained. WiFi only at a designated spot
This full service campground is ideal for visiting DC. It’s easy to get to, just off a federal highway. While there is a bus stop inside the campground, we elected to drive <20 min each way (depending on traffic) to the college park metro station....
