We stayed hear for the night on our way to Florida. When we were there there were few other campers and we had a loop to ourselves. We had a pull thru site which offered no privacy. The water spigot at our site was broken and wouldn't turn off. The ranger who was very friendly stopped by to look at it and said someone would be by in the...

It is located in what seems like a fairly industrial area along a fairly busy road. Road noise can be loud and its also on the approach path for St Louis Downtown Airport. The sites were not that big...
About half the spots are transient, half permanent residents. Fills up at 5, empties at 8 with everyone going to and from Alaska. Long level pull throughs, gravel/grass. Pleasant checkin, after the Alaska road trippers left it was quiet.

If there are a bunch of big rigs it could be a little tight. Open...
We were here for only one night and didn't spend a lot of time at the campground. Our site had a good size and there was good spacing between sites but offered no privacy. Our site was not particularly level. We had 3 bars of Verizon 5G and 16 TV Channels. It was fairly quiet when we were there.
