"Small park with perks"

Booked this small rv park due to convenience to the Pacific Crest Trail which crosses HWY 70 just down the road, as my husband is hiking and I needed to stay close where I could fetch him. Owners are extremely nice and while sites are small, they... Read more

"Super location, bike and hiking trails and lovely views"

This is our second stay here, and I love this campground. Camp host is always friendly, sites are nice, quiet and well maintained. Bath house is clean and the private shower rooms are great. Some road and airplane traffic but the views cannot be... Read more

"Nice sites and well maintained campground"

We stayed in one of the newer full hook up sections and while we had no shade, the site was large and a huge grassy aread behind the trailer made it even more spacious. Staff was friendly, and this Thousand Trails campground is very well... Read more

"Caters to seasonal, KOA sites are better than the Thousand Trails sites"

This combination Thousand Trails/KOA is a large campground with a LOT of seasonal spots. We stayed for a week using our Thousand Trails membership and were put in an area that is mostly reserved for non annuals (therefore, least desirable sites) ... Read more

"Be ready to get run over by golf carts"

We stayed two nights with Passport America discount. Eldon is very helpful and friendly and easy check in. Some full hook up sites are very narrow. Super easy access to Mammoth Cave National Park. WiFi available but easily overwhelmed if many... Read more

"Limited site availability "

This park is in a beautiful section of the Natchez Trace and close to some nice State Parks. However it does not have over 500 sites. Almost all the lakefront sites are taken by permanent folks and there are carports/decks/gazebos everywhere which... Read more

"Remote, rundown, beautiful "

This TT has definitely seen better days. There are NOT over 200 sites available here as most are overgrown and have been that way for decades. Not very many full hookups or 50 amps. Clubhouse and cabins are run down and some cabins boarded up.... Read more

"Beautiful campground"

We enjoyed our two week stay here in September 2020. Sites are very shady, but spacious. Amenities were shut down due to COVID. Staff very friendly and the location is just remote enough. As with most TT campgrounds there were sites unavailable... Read more
