"Pricey like many KOA's"

We would only return if we could find no other options with availability, mostly due to price and location. Wellington is a bit far out of Fort Collins and a longer way to see the national park. The approximate quarter-mile access road to the... Read more

"Basic RV lot servicing a large events center"

1200 sites at a very large events complex - ag, horses, car races. No events when we were here, wide open availability for sites. We got to take our pick and were a little apprehensive due to some of the previous reviews claiming all utilities... Read more

"Good for an overnighter"

Bare basic RV park, gravel interior roads/sites, FHU's. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a "self-check in" when the office is not staffed and that is a bit confusing, especially when their registration book is open to the wrong... Read more

"Excruciatingly overpriced KOA"

We had to stay due to reservations made, sight unseen, for the Memorial Day weekend. One night was $110, two @ $80. It is a fair KOA as far as family camping, the usual plethora of activities for the kids. However, for these prices I expect a... Read more

"Nice camping lakeside park 5 miles from Canada"

This is a very nice family camping park. Sites are scattered, some close together, some not. Gravel site with W/E (35A) and paved interior roads that are ONLY one lane wide. There is a booth for water toy rentals, a small sandy beach area, and a... Read more

"OK for a KOA, even with long term residents..."

Nice paved interior roads. Gravel, level sites (at least for the transient campers). Sites feel a little tight when they fill up, They are REALLY tight in the long term resident area. Indoor pool/spa are small for the size of this park; nice game... Read more

"A small KOA"

This is a small facility as far as KOAs go. Not all sites have FHU’s, we started with #54 with E/W only, but moved to a FHU site later. Very clean facilities, very small pool, and they even have fuel pumps with unleaded & diesel. Friendly staff.... Read more

"OK KOA park, not a family vacation destination park (no typical family activities on site)."

Sandy lot with level sites, lots of space between the pull-thrus. Not a lot of family things to do at the park. Casino directly across the street with a free shuttle if you are too lazy or infirmed to walk to it. 5 minutes drive from the... Read more

"Rustic setting close to Waco."

Signage to find the park is a little lacking, gotta watch for the small flags blowing in the wind. Gravel access and interior roads, we had a gravel pull-thru site with FHU's that was level. The laundry room is sufficient, a bit on the rustic... Read more

"Good rate for a very nice KOA"

Very clean, neat KOA run by the Choctaw Casino. Paved interior roads, long, level concrete pads (no need to disconnect the toad), FHU's, well maintained grass/landscaping, nice patio table/chairs/umbrella. It's not a real long hike to get to the... Read more
