This is a great KOA! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and in excellent condition. The amenities are plentiful (pool, playground, sports, mini golf, laundry and showers) and in excellent and enjoyable condition.
This was a one night stop on the way home but my kids were really wanting to stay longer.

Laundry room was fine ($2/wash load & $2/dry load), a nice putt putt coarse $2/person, pool, they have fire wood to purchase, propane $3/gal, some small store items inside to purchase (laundry, munchies, odds and ends), decent cell (kind of spotty) picnic tables and some grass at each site. They even had horse pen areas if you need that plus small off leash dog run area. Sites were pretty level, gravel roads and quiet.

The sites are all primarily pull-through, but they are so short and the sewer hook up is so far back that your tow car is blocking the road. We had to disconnect and park our car beside the RV to not block the road, which isn't a huge deal, but wasted time for a one night stop.
The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Definitely the best part of this KOA.
The washers and dryers were $2 each, but the laundry room was very small and there was a line to do laundry. There is only one small table to fold laundry on.
We visited during Covid, so there were no complimentary s'mores that others have mentioned. There was a pool, but you had to sign up to use it, one family at a time for a maximum of 30 minutes and they checked you in and out. This KOA was in a pretty hot, arid area, so it was a disappointment not to be able to swim for more than 30 minutes.
Verizon was 3 bars. Booster didn't make much difference. Upload speeds were terrible. Downloads were ok.
Our price reflects KOA card 10% discount and the dreaded $3 extra for a child traveling with us.

The park is well maintained with great looking tent sites. The only negative is the gravel pads, which I understand is the norm for this part of the country. There is a little road noise from I25, but this is very minor.
