Not a bad place to stay. Pretty decent price with average amenities. It is located in a perfect area for local attractions. Had full hook ups, and all sites were crushed seashells.

But the neighbors are quiet. There is construction everywhere here. Not just in the park. But there was hardly any traffic noise, even in this busy area. Groceries are close, amusement parks are close. Restaurants etc so plenty of places for younger people to be entertained.
A good place to hang your hat for a while. It’s not luxury but it’s standard. Which is okay with us.

Sun Outdoors parks have nice playgrounds. This one has a field with an old bucket and a rusty knife.
The park is old, and is in the transition to being a Sun Outdoors park, but somehow very early in the transition. Look at reviews from a year ago. Renovations are still happening but seemingly making no progress. I can’t tell what has been done in the past year, the park is still junk other than a small heated pool and shuffleboard up front.
Sun Outdoors is a major campground company with over 170 locations. Surely, they can rehab a park within one year. It looks like they just started. Currently trying to book somewhere else so I don't have to stay any longer.
The construction is a major pain. Workers start with heavy equipment at 7am. Work trucks are parked on the narrow streets making it hard to get into and out of the campground. A backhoe is dumping rubble into a dumpster on the street with no safety measures to keep kids from riding next to it. Several concrete pads that must have had mobile homes on them still have sharp metal brackets sticking up.
We had no water for half the day because someone busted a pipe. No one notified us of course, I had to ask about it in the office. “Water will be back in a few hours,” they said with little confidence. No one notified us the water was back on.
A garbage truck woke us up one day at 4:30am.
Verizon signal is iffy at the front of the park but gets better at the back. Speeds were very good.

A nice park but a lot of people living there and mobile homes. Still felt safe and was a good place for going to Disney!

We stayed here when we had to be in the area and have had good luck in the past with Sun Outdoors RV parks. This one is definitely a work in progress. There are many long time residents, more towards the back of the property. In speaking to a resident Sun Outdoors took over a little over a year ago and is slowly transitioning the property.
The amenities are limited, but what is there is nice and well kept. Very nice (heated!) pool, clubhouse, modern laundry with machines that take credit/debit or pay with app on phone. Was very quiet and great sunsets!
First few rows/streets are level and on gravel (crushed shells). The pull through sites appear new, nicely paved but essentially carved into a hill side. While mostly flat, they are slightly sloped on either end so larger rigs may have an issue. We are 27 ft class C and were ok. Will post pictures to show what I mean.
It’s obvious that many older long term trailers have recently been pulled out with empty lots scattered throughout. In fact saw one go while we were there. Continued work will make this an improved park in the future. I do hope residents are not adversely impacted as most are seniors.
The location is a positive with it being only 20-25 min to Disney and groceries, restaurants, etc. within minutes or even walking distance. Cell service was excellent.

Verizon signal great. AT&T signal great but bandwidth reduced, I guess the local tower is full?
