Got a text the day of check in asking for an idea about arrival time. Was given instructions on check in process. Upon arrival was escorted to site. Staff were all friendly.
Site 125 was a back in site and very level. There was a decent amount of space at our campsite and came with a picnic table. The campsites and campground itself was one of the cleanest I’ve seen in 20+ years of traveling in an RV.
Verizon signal was 5G and adequate to talk, text, search the internet, and stream videos. In addition, the free wifi worked well too. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

But….this place is well kept and clean but there’s a theft problem we had a bike get stolen. They have roaming at night but apparently they don’t take there job seriously. Idk it was a nice bike but not the end of the world. They do have a dog run but they want you to keep your dog on a leash in the dog run, um no thanks, now if there’s another dog in there I will but it’s a dog run for a reason. Also they do a have strict policy about dogs only using the dog run to do there business because the whole place is concrete and turf and honestly the park has a urine smell too it so I see why they are trying to keep pee I the dog run. Overall so far not a bad stay but I do feel we are walking on egg shells.

Have traveled across the country and this place was absolutely the worst. Facilities are nice the place is clean but the way we were treated by the two mentioned was unconscionable. The manager is a maniac and the owner supports him no matter what he does. Much better places to stay in Reno.

The trouble started with the General Manager, with an attitude, who showed up knocking on my door to tell me the truck wasn’t properly parked. You apparently have to pull up until you’re parked up to the neighbors sewer hook up, but who knew😳. We were leaving today and I stopped in the office to get ice and suggested to the staff that they might paint some lines to avoid others having problems with parking. Apparently the GM heard my conversation and as we were leaving this Cretin comes out screaming in my face and a heated altercation ensued. Look at other reviews, one camper called him the “Gestapo”. Totally unacceptable! Avoid at all costs!

It’s way too hot in Sparks, but we would stay again for a night. Great laundry facilities, cavernous and exceptionally clean restrooms/showers. Nice clean dog runs. A little tight for our 33 foot trailer and super slide, but that was due to shrubs in the landscaping. Lovely pool and hot tub.

Very clean, nice spots with picnic table and easy hook ups. Great wi-if (we didn’t use the cable). Bathrooms and showers were cleaner than mine at home, and I think they clean them multiple times a day because they are always spotless. We did not use the clubhouse but popped in to use the bathrooms when we arrived, and it also was very nice and very clean. It is close to I-80 and easy to get on and off the freeway. There’s lots of stores and restaurants close by.

Better off with 2 bars of 5G on your cell. Unbelievable they even tell people they have it. Oh, and you have to park right on top of your neighbors sewer hookup. Parking is so tight you have to fold in your mirrors and can’t open your driver door all the way.

First impressions are always good, and this park succeeds in that. Everything looks neat and clean. We had reserved our site ahead of time so check-in was contact-less. They asked for our name, retrieved our information packet and led us to our site. The interior roads are paved with many speed bumps. They are fairly wide so they don’t knock you around too much. The sites are mostly level concrete with extra space on the side to park a car (although it is up close and personal with your neighbor’s sewer.) Sites are nearby with a small tree, picnic table, and a bit of artificial turf between them (which actually looks pretty good). It does cuts down on the mowing sounds but not the daily leaf blowers! We did notice that they sanitize when someone leaves – the picnic table and utilities. When we first arrived, there were lots of trash and recycle receptacles although they weren’t all noted on the map. Many of these disappeared after a couple days, and we were eventually notified that they couldn’t get the trash liners from the manufacturer. There are quite a few long term but sites which are mostly neat. There are a couple of junkers that they try to “hide” near the end. It is noisy with planes, trains and automobiles. Running a fan at night helped. Satellite is possible in most sites, and there is cable but we didn’t try it. No idea if the WII FI worked because our Bitdefender security software flagged it as dangerous so we didn’t use it. Verizon was odd. Sometimes we had 5g 4bars but occasionally completely lost any cell coverage. And our hot spots acted wonky. No idea what that was about! We would return.
