We often stay here during our travels. The usual couples that have been here for years retired. They seem to be short staffed. The Rv dump was plugged. We were able to use another site to dump. We often stay here during our travels. The usual couples that have been here for years retired. They seem to be short staffed. The Rv dump was plugged. We were able to use another site to dump.
Site 10 30 amp was not working correctly. It kept shorting out. We used the 20 amp. We did report it to the Park Ranger when she was driving through. The two camp hosts they currently have were off at the same time. Hopefully things get better and more help arrives.

One lane in and all pull through loops. Very level and great space. Nightlife was hoping with beautiful sunsets, green grass, bats swooping, loads of frogs singing, and tress providing much needed shade. Of course there are bugs . Wish there was access to the river or a waterway. Can hear and see the trains, but they aren’t loud. Shower floor was consistently wet. Bring soap to the bathroom. One shower was free. Laundry facilities!

This is one of our favorite park. It’s quiet ,clean and easy to assess. Very popular for weekends. You need to reserve as early as you can if you want to stay during the weekends.

We stayed here twice in the same site #16. First time, 8/2021 for 4 nights and the second for 1 night 6/2022 as we embarked on our full-time RV life. Both times the camphosts were very nice, the park was very clean and although you can see the freeway you can't hear it. Only sound is the occasional rumble from a train. It does get ... more
We stayed here twice in the same site #16. First time, 8/2021 for 4 nights and the second for 1 night 6/2022 as we embarked on our full-time RV life. Both times the camphosts were very nice, the park was very clean and although you can see the freeway you can't hear it. Only sound is the occasional rumble from a train. It does get hot in the summer here but cooling off in the river via nearby access. Nice inlet to swim, kayak, paddleboard, etc without being out on the main part of the river. The only con we had both times were the insects (moths, mosquitos, you name it). Not bad during the day but the evenings get bad. Advice would be not to have any external lights on to attract them. But still one of our favorite campgrounds in the area and we would definitely stay here again.

First of all, we were only scheduled for 4 nights but after our brand new truck broke down the park host, bent over backwards to keep us in our site. The campsites are large with plenty of space between them. We were in a back-in that accommodated our 35’ fifth wheel and truck. There are pull-thrus as well. Not all sites are full hookup but the have a dump station and fresh water available.
Mosquitos were a bit annoying, bring bug spray!!!! All in all, the park is clean, quiet and BEAUTIFUL! We will absolutely stay here again.

Price reflects senior discount. Stayed here June 8-11, 2022. 2 first come first serve sites. Suggest reservations. Staff are great there. Day park is really nice. We use this campground often for a few nights while traveling. There are mosquitoes.

I have a reservation for 14 days at Plymouth Park in May 2023. I received an email from recreation.gov that states, “ Important Update for Plymouth Park
This is an update related to your Recreation.gov reservation at Plymouth Park. The dates affected are 4/13/2023 - 10/15/2023.
LePage & Plymouth Campground Water Notice: Due to intermittent water disruptions, water is not potable. Please fill your tanks and bring drinking water before arrival. If using water from the campground, water must be boiled before use.”
