“Some of the best beach camping in Baja”

Overall Rating

This is a great spot on a beautiful protected bay. There are palapas and palm trees giving it a tropical vibe. The first part as you come in from the north might be more suitable for bigger rigs although we have seen larger rigs drive down to the south part.

Whale sharks are known to frequent the cove. The paddling in the area is perfect when the wind isn't blowing. Great snorkeling right off the beach on the rocky northern end.

The downside? Hwy 1 is right by so the truck engine brakes can be loud at times. This spot is very popular so it can be crowded.

The cost is 200 pesos a night.
