I'll answer it myself, as I'm here now. It's Pilot Hill Rd. Pilot Peak road is a residential area of Laramie.

The road is marked off Happy Jack Road US210 as Pilot Hill Road. google maps shows it as Pilot Peak road which is causing the confusion. Pilot Hill Road is across US210 from Tie City Campground and leads to a washboard dirt rod and about 1 mile to FS 703B which goes 1/4 mile to the communications towers and lots of spots. Be aware this spot can be extremely windy but beautiful PILOT PEAK ROAD!!!! I am here now on 703B by the cell towers also.

It's W Pilot Peak Rd. I am here now on 703B by the cell towers in a 38ft class A with a toad.
