This is a great spot near Greensboro. Although sites are not level, we got it to work. It’s very clean and so pretty!

We stayed here for 2 nights as it is close to family and convenient as it's right in town. Sites are not level but we got close enough to level to be ok. Site A8 had power problems that they were unable to resolve, told me I needed a new cable. Bought a new cable which did not resolve the problem, couldn't even use the 20A circuit without popping the breaker in minutes. There are no issues with our electrical system in our Airstream, it is a professionally installed and robust 50A system. We've never had an issue anywhere across the country.
Also there were cigarette butts all over our campsite.

Tonight we stay at Oak Hollow Campground, a City of High Point park that is beautiful! Clean, well maintained, and on a lake! All of the full hookup sites are back-in (they also have tent sites) with either 30 or 50 amp service. The water is unusual in that a single spigot serves two adjacent slips and does not have a splitter so you need to bring your own. That fact is clearly stated on their website, as is the fact that the paved RV slips are sloped and you need leveling blocks or leveling devices on your rig.
There are a bunch of cable channels available - including FETV, which I have never seen other than on my home cable - so I didn’t bother checking on-air channels. There are two free WiFi networks: the one labeled “high speed” had a single hamster who apparently was going through a really long school zone and the other network didn’t register on Okla at all with four tries. ATT is three bars with slow data. Have not used the facilities however given how the rest of the place is maintained, I’m sure they are more than adequate!

Lake views, paved spaces, grill, full hookups, kids playgrounds, Golf Course next door, clean, secure, High Speed Wi-fi, and cable. This is what every campground should be. Refreshing.

Our hookups were beyond the back corner of our site, which is unusual, but we could reach them. We saw a couple of sites that we might prefer in the future.
Watch out for the tall speed bumps on the way to the campground. Golf course, tennis courts, marina, and more are very close by.

It has has good amenities like a pool (it was closed), and washer/ dryer(dryer was broken), and bathrooms w/ showers(which we didn’t use), and cable TV. The WI-FI has good signal, but kept getting disconnected. We read in the reviews that there was issues with leveling, but thought we could make it work. Let me tell you it was IMPOSSIBLE!! The staff was nice and gave us a pick of 4 open spots and none worked! The hook ups are way to far away from the spot and the water is shared between 2 spots. Overall nice park, but needs to be leveled and for that I probably wouldn’t come back.

This was our first time in High Point, NC. We took a trip in April to enjoy the warm spring weather. We love this campground, we were very impressed! The campground is beautiful and very well maintained. This is a nice little getaway spot. We stayed in Loop C which has many points of access to the Oak Hollow lake and beautiful views. The ducks and squirrels are a nice welcoming committee! There is so much wildlife at this lake, ducks, geese, osprey, herons, turtles, fish, etc! We brought our kayaks and launched from one of the docks in Loop C. The lake is very large and makes for great kayaking trips, and there is great fishing too! It’s is beautiful with lush flora and fauna, one of the more beautiful lakes we have been to. You will see sail boats, paddling crews, paddle boards, etc on the lake. The campground is right in town and near the marina, tennis courts and golf course, easy access to everything! The campground was clean and well maintained. The pool was not open yet but looked clean. There is a nice little neighborhood next to the campground that you can take nice walks through and just a short distance to the marina. The campground is a bit hilly for bicycle riding. Staff are friendly and very pet friendly! The only complaint is most of the sites are not level and the campground is right next to a highway so you can hear the traffic easily, especially the sirens. Overall, this is a beautiful campground for a nice lake getaway, would highly recommend visiting this campground right along the lake. Beautiful views, plenty of wildlife, restful, and lots of activities!

We are full-timers in a 36 ft Class A with a Cherokee Trailhawk tow. We were in site B01 for 5 days in early October. The CG is on the lake, very clean, quiet and well maintained and the staff is very friendly. Watch out for the first set of speed bumps though - there is no sign and in dappled sunlight, they don’t stand out that well. Although they said they were going to put a sign in later this fall. The CG was full on the weekend. As others have said, many of the sites can be quite unlevel front to back. Even in B Section, which is really just one big gravel lot, our front wheels were 4-5 inches off of the ground. Section B sites are also very close together. Our awning came within 1 foot of the neighbor’s slide, as did the others in this section. Also, strangely, site B01 does not have its own water spigot, so you have to share one with B02.
AT&T coverage was decent, ranging from 1-3 bars of 5G with speeds varying from 0.7 to 2.7 MB/s. CG WiFi could reach 2-3 MB/s, but dropped out occasionally at night when the CG was full and most were on the network. We were able to get DISH coverage on all three western satellites at our site. We didn’t try to determine the OTA channels here.

This was a great campground. I was happy that I drove through prior to reserving my spot as there are three sections and there is only one that I would want to stay in. The sites in section A are suuuuper close to one another. That’s not my thing, but it might be totally fine with you! Section B was for big RV’s on gravel. Spots are close together and again, on gravel. Section C is where I stayed. I was there during the week, which was much more quiet than when I drove through on a weekend. I think that I had bad luck, but the cops did come my first night due to an issue (drug and domestic related) to another camper in the section. My site had a beautiful view of the lake, as all sites do in that section. It was a bit noisy at times, as there is a road close (hearing, but not seeing distance - the trees conceal the campground well). If you are a tent camper, the tent sites are super nice and literally right next to the lake.
