We stayed in Section B for the bigger rigs. Sections A and C are more like a wooded campground and B is basically a large parking lot with full hookups, including 77 channel cable and city wifi. For most of the time we did not have anyone on either side of us, but if it were full, it would certainly be cramped and a bit less enjoyabl... more

Fun campground near to 311. Variety of sites. Larger vehicles like ours parked in flat lot very close to each other but with a nice view of the lake. For trailers and smaller Rvs the other areas are nicely spaced with trees. While not all spaces are level they are all gravel or solid surface. Very relaxing. For tents they have wood pla... more

Central NC doesn't present a lot of options for camping. Oak Hollow is one of the few and is a pretty decent option. There are two wooded loops and one gravel lot. The sites in the wooded loops are a bit crazy, all off level to some degree, many to a crazy degree. We ended up going for the easy option and stayed in the gravel. Veri... more
