A few paid entertainment nights, which were so-so at best, but we weren't exactly looking for The Eagles or Jerry Seinfeld as our entertainment.
The sites were ok space wise, but zero for the views. It is a resort with about 2,000 spots for RV's and park model homes, so not like I was shocked. We wanted to try a resort like this, and now we have. It is a great place to meet people and make new friends, which we did. We are not ready for this long term type of lifestyle, and would probably look for something a little smaller when we were ready. It felt a like a concrete jungle in the middle of an RV city.
I was not impressed that I was charged a $44 "credit card service fee" to put my rental on my credit card. No warning on their website or various emails we exchanged beforehand. I was told I could pay by cheque to avoid this charge. I could not pay cash or even an e-transfer. Hmmm, I wrote a cheque about 15 years ago, and did not even have any made for my U.S. dollar account. Even if your balance for utilities is $1.00, the minimum charge is a $22 fee. Pathetic, this is simply price gouging and for this reason along I will not return.
The free WiFi was excellent fo streaming Prime Video. We were in the middle of Mesa, so no issues with cell service.
Check-in staff could use a pleasant pill or two. Not very happy or welcoming, one in particular however I will not mention her name.

The resort is huge over 3000 sites, traffic is heavy on all the main roads through the resort. The maintenance of the orange trees is awful, they are way over grown and really restrict the ability to park a large rv without getting against an orange tree that will ruin a paint job. I would not stay here again due to the lack of maintenance on the trees and the non-enforcement of the park rules. Some of the sites are full of temporary storage facilities and refrigerators parked outside the rv units.

This is an RV resort that we stay in for the winter. The nightly fee is for a monthly stay. However there are folks who come in for a few days or even less and enjoy. Don't come unless you want to be pampered. We spend the winter months here because Mesa is the round dance capital of the world during the winter.
