Long trail drive in that gives you a fun light off road experience. Tons of spots to pull off and camp overnight for all ages. Lots of beautiful overviews and temps were wonderful compared to Vegas this time of year.

On a lark, we saw the sign and decided to take a look. As we SUV camp (and not 4x4) we didn't head a long way in, but discovered numerous locations that were easy to get to, but still secluded.
Very few cars, and a nice getaway. Just be aware there are no open fires, only stoves. But we'll do this regularly when we want to get away from the heat of Vegas.

We tent camped here in July 2020 and were the only ones there. There was a bit of trash. I picked up what I could. We hiked the next morning and there was water running and everything was lush and green. T-Mobile and Verizon had no service. 4x4 is needed to get all the way to the end of the road.

Looks rad so far. 2wd Tacoma made it up but wouldn’t bring a low clearance vehicle all the way up. We only stayed for a half day here but will be back to camp for a weekend. Rangers rode up on a quad and dual sport and reminded everyone there’s no wood burning fires allowed, only propane supplies fire source. There was rock fire rin... more

There was rock fire rings and looks like someone did burn a fire recently because there was partially burnt wood in a couple sites.
Will update when we stay over night too.
