Very nice rest area overlooking I-10. Because its up on a hill the highway noise isn't as bad as one would expect. Free dump with potable water.
The only issue is the restroom stalls are very narrow. Even the handicap stall is narrow. If someone is using an assistive device it may be difficult to turn around in the stalls.

Overall Rating
Top of hill picnic area with free dump station and potable water. No actual sites but several semis pulled over. We were only rv so no wait to dump. Lady cleaning parking lot. Good WiFi. Stayed night at Walmart in Boerne closer to San Antonio which was nice and quiet with no issues.This was convenient.

This is one of the older (aka smaller) rest areas along I10 in West Texas. Not a lot of space and it's all parallel to the road.
Didn't actually spend the night here, but was pleasantly surprised to see the free dump station WITH potable water.
Also had great AT&T LTE service from the rest area. Will keep in mind for future stops.
