Apparently you have to have a toilet in your RV to camp here. By law.

Great place for a stopover on our way to central FL. Vonda (owner) met us at the entrance and checked us in as we sat in our coach. Then hopped in her cart and led us to our nice pull through site. After we pulled in she welcomed us again and shared all the campground had to offer. Very personal touch, including rolling out a literal welcome mat at the bottom of our steps. Can’t say enough good things. Will definitely stay here again.

Wish the weather had been better so we could take advantage of all the fun things to do here. The owner told us she lost over 300 trees in the hurricane! She has done a great job making this a family friendly place. Close to the freeway but didn’t bother us.

Bunny crossing, they are actually serious, lol, so please stop and make sure the bunnies are not near when you come in. Very accomodating hostess. Good stop on the way down or up the main Florida peninsula if you are traveling to/from west or northwest. Private fishing pond so no license needed. Easy to access from US10.

Vonda (the owner) was very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. She escorted me to my spot and even put out a little mat outside my door! Spacious pull through spots and if available she spaces occupants out so you’re not on top of one another. Great experience!

This was an overnight stop for us. Did not unhitch. Vonda, the owner, was busy digging post holes when we arrived. She stopped long enough to check us in and escort us to our level, grass pull-thru, full hookup site. She even provided a door mat. This was an overnight stop for us. Did not unhitch. Vonda, the owner, was busy digging post holes when we arrived. She stopped long enough to check us in and escort us to our level, grass pull-thru, full hookup site. She even provided a door mat. We had over a dozen TV channels over the air and 4 bars of Verizon LTE service. This place is pet friendly and has 2 off-leash fenced areas. Vonda has a quarter horse named Armor that you may pet and give treats with Vonda’s supervision. The park continues to recover from last year’s hurricane but is completely functional. There are no bathhouse facilities. The park is next to Interstate 10 (East) but we were not bothered by the traffic noise due to our air conditioner.

We wanted to have a couple days downtime in a park so we made reservations here. When we arrived we almost cancelled and left because the park looked real rough from the hurricane devastation. Once we talked to the owner we decided she could use the money so we stayed 2 days. She was a very nice person and is working hard to get the campground back to what it was before the storm. Easy access off I10 and we would not hesitate To go back on future trips.

Vonda is the most generous owner we have met in our 20,000 miles of travel. She has a heart of gold and made us feel so welcome. She even put down a mat at our door and adds a personal touch that does not go unnoticed. The area was hit by a hurricane, but they are rebuilding and it is a worth the stop!
