Overall Rating
Stayed in the newer part of the campground, pitches well spaced with lots of trees. The new area is further from the lake but nothing is close to the lake anymore as the lake itself is quite low.
The pitches further from the water get more sun between the trees and you have a better likelihood of charging your solar panels.
Site 20 is in a loop that allows for only smaller rigs as there is a very tight turnaround.
I was completely alone on my loop during midweek, but reservations were abundant on the weekends.
Short walk into town for minimal groceries and restaurant options.
Received 5G service down on the shoreline but only two bars at the pitch.
Good alternative to Huntington Lake which is closed now due to fire restoration and cleanup.
