We came the week after Memorial Day weekend and stayed 3 nights, 4 days. And hardly anyone was here...This campground is a few miles off the Hwy 108 but so worth it. The road in has off and on forest fire damage (black trees) from the Donnell Fire of 2 years ago.

Typical remote Forest Service campground. Some pit toilets and some flush toilets. No showers, no cell phone coverage of any kind. Get your supplies in Sonora before you come up.

This is an old fashion forest service campground with a creek. Two loops. One has pit toilets one flush. It's a very nice campground BUT:
The surrounding forest burned two years ago and is pretty bleak.
It's 5 miles from the hwy on a rough road.
The interior roads are very narrow, twisty, and dip down in places where they previously washed out. Very difficult for larger rigs.
