We stayed overnight at Deer Ridge Campground in Hillview Recreation Area with our 25-foot camper. Arriving via Route 75 and Wren Road, we traveled 2.5 miles on a dirt road through farmland. We recommend accessing Wren Road via K30 for an easier route.

This is a cute little place on a lake. The restrooms and showers are clean. The sites are all paved and spacious, surrounded by green grass and mature trees.
Free spot for overnight. There is road noise but it does quiet down as the night goes. Has a dump station with easy access. Only two spots had working 30amp power hookup.
This was a very well-maintained campground in what I would call an urban location. All the reviews are accurate. Dirt road is certainly passable, views are amazing whether on a hill or along the beach. Cows visit each day. Good AT&T signal.
