No potable water, dump station was flooded, no swimming in the lake. $32/night (undiscounted) seems pretty high for what they offer, when compared to nicer lower-cost Corps of Engineers Campgrounds. The good news is that there seems to be new gravel and PT Beams being staged on the property, for some upcoming renovations. Fixing the potable water situation would be a great start.

It would be nice if the shower would run a bit longer with each push of the button... for now, it's only about 8 seconds. There's a nearby spot for hand-dipped ice cream, but I recommend Tastyland on old State Rt 66, Greensburg, for superb soft-serve with dozens of flavor combinations, burgers and fries with a side of drive-in nostalgia. I was in town for a wedding, and would stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.

Nice green grass, functional but industrial restrooms with showers, gravel sites, most with a bit of a slope. Friendly camp host came to our site to check us in... but didn’t have record of our rec.gov reservation as they only get paper updates every few days.

We stayed two nights and enjoyed our time here. The host was very kind and helpful. The facilities are well maintained. The majority of the sites are no hookups, but those have lots of privacy and good site size. Mediocre cell coverage for phone conversations but we were able to stream Netflix through Verizon hotspot from our phone.

Stayed here 3 days. Some very nice sites, especially some of the sites in the woods. Getting level on many can be a challenge but is doable. They're having issues with their dump station due to nearby construction, so they have a temporary stopgap near the bathhouse, and let's just say it clearly wasn't thought out by anyone familiar with RV's, as it's an uphill run to the drain. We were there on a weekend when the boat ramp was busy, and short of the folks that ignored the "Permit only" signs and drove through anyway the campground was still quiet. Camp host was absolutely a sweetheart. Lake itself has an interestedly large amount of debris in it, but wildlife is also abundant and the views are great. Would definitely stay here again, but wouldn't necessarily consider it a destination campground for a dedicated stay.

Great family campground nestled in the woods, overlooking the lake. You can boat, swim, fish, hike, and enjoy the abundant wildlife (including Eagles, Ospreys, and Deer). Sunset and sunrise is spectacular.

But only 3 stars overall because you have to work with the place. Great price with the Senior Pass. Some sites are fine and dandy, others "Meh". Right by the boat launch so it's very popular on the weekends. Otherwise very quiet. Bigger rigs are doable but probably more interesting. The electric is cheap but if they were all taken I would still come back and solar now that I know which sites get sun. Pretty nice tent sites in the back.
