Another place ready to shut its sleepy eyes for winter so not many overnight ears. On a slight hill but I believe they did a good job at leveling sites. Didn’t use any of the amenities so can’t comment. Not much in way of entertainment so used as a place to do trailer cleaning.

“Unmaintained Trailer Park”

We stayed here twice in 2016 and once in June 2017. There are over 100 sites, but perhaps a dozen are actually reservable for RVs (sites 1-4 and 54-60); there are also several cabins. The rest are full-timers, mainly contractors and fracking employees, each with at least one full size pickup truck, one or more large propane tanks, and one or more satellite dishes per site. The second pavilion is where the residents keep their motorcycles and muscle cars. The rutted gravel roads have not been graded or filled. There is nearly constant traffic within the park, and the sites I listed get ALL the traffic; people drive through whichever sites 53-60 are open because the intersection between "1st" and "Orange" contains orange warning cones in the deepest ruts.

The dog poop dispenser bag in the dog park contains a bird nest. There is a sewage smell which gets worse around dinner time. Allegedly some sewer work was done, but not enough. The trees all have dead branches. The sites are not level; perhaps 2-3 degrees side-to-side, and sites 53-60 are arched front to back. The connection to the sewers are generally uphill, so plan on milking your drain line in order to dump. Wi-fi is free, but slow, and drops frequently. We did not use the bath house this year but last year we did, and it was OK.

If you are passing by and must stop for the night, sites 1-4 are probably your best bet.
