Great little campground (only 10 spots) very close to 97. We were just passing through for a night. Spots are large and woodsy, beautiful river front for relaxing. No services, no water, we did not use the bathrooms. It was first come first serve on day of arrival but it is reservable on line ahead of time. This time of year we were on... more
Great little campground (only 10 spots) very close to 97. We were just passing through for a night. Spots are large and woodsy, beautiful river front for relaxing. No services, no water, we did not use the bathrooms. It was first come first serve on day of arrival but it is reservable on line ahead of time. This time of year we were one of only three campers here.

Just a quick trip to get out for a few days with the wife & dog. Camp staff was nice & helpful. Not far off the road, but not extremely noisy. Dogs loved the river & we would stay(short term) again.

The spots by the river are nicer than the ones by the road. The site is not maintained at the moment due to covid so bathroom is disgusting but useable. Money box was covered so it was free. But reservations still seemed to be made since some sites were reserved. The river is beautiful here and it’s super easy to get to. Close to bend ... more

Overall Rating
Located next to the highway, so there is some noise. There is a path under the bridge leading to the boat landing side on the north side of the highway. Across the river is the group camp ground.
