You can’t find a bad spot here! Every rv site has ocean views & is within yards of the sea wall & beach. The showers in the comfort stations are updated with new tile, theres laundry machines, a convenience store with everything you could need, it’s beautiful, clean & quiet. The beach sand is tan/orange because it is crushed shells & quartz. So it’s sparkly, light & fluffy. Not powder sand. The beach is private & secluded. We enjoyed a refreshing swim here. Depending on the tide, the Water dips on the bottom a bit so be aware. There is a paved walkway on the sea wall leading down to the beach and those rv sites back into the sea wall where they can put their beach chairs and have a glass of wine. Our site was ocean view and just fine. Good water pressure & electric with sewer. No issues. There’s a large swath of grass outside the camp gates that spans the length of the camp where you can walk your dogs. Friendly accommodating staff. This place is conveniently close to everything. There is shopping, restaurants & bars within minutes drive. The Beverly beach area & Flagler beach area is beautiful. We had a restful stay & will visit again.thank you Beverly Beach Camptown. .

This was supposed to be only a 2night stop over in the Flagler area while we visited friends.Beverly beach camptown was a lovely beautiful surprise. We were in a 27ft airstream international & Our site was ocean view (back in) #97 which was absolutely fine & a few yards to the beach & sea wall. Some rigs were parked at the sea wall sites where there is a paved walkway along the beach that runs the length of the property. (If you’re a stickler for beach quality let me tell you The sand here is tan/orange because it is crushed quartz and crushed shells & it sparkles in the sun when it is dry. It’s soft, somewhat course but light & fluffy with small shells, not soft & powdery. )The beach here is private & secluded. We enjoyed sunning & swimming here. It was clean, cool & refreshing. The water dips quite sharply so most people stayed at the shore line. Children were seen enjoying the surf as well but need to stay in the shallower areas. It was very quiet here. No loud music or disturbances of any kind. Except for us when upon arrival our catahoula leopard dogs escaped & thought it was a party.! And for that I extend my sincere apologies…There is a long swath of grass outside the camp gate & wall which extends the length of the campground where dogs should be walked & we were appreciative of that. There are clean comfort stations with toilets, showers & laundry machines. The comfort station showers & changing areas are updated with newer tile & a tiled bench.
The office and convenience store are in the same building. There you will find most of anything you may need including snacks, ice cream, beer, packaged microwaveable food, etc. Staff was friendly, pleasant & accommodating. We arrived after 5 so the office was closed. And although we were supposed to check in the next morning, (we overslept) but they called us as late as possible to confirm & settle our stay. Beautiful views, cools breezes & convenient to many restaurants & bars within a few minutes drive. We had a restful break & Would stay here again. Thank you Beverly Beach Camptown.

We stayed here for a week in early April. We had spent this week in prior years at Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel, but had to change our location due to the hurricane damage. We were expecting this to be somewhat of a letdown, but were pleasantly surprised. The beach is not white powder sand, and there really isn’t any shelling to be had. But the temperatures were very tolerable (mid-70’s to low 80’s), and you could actually walk on the beach barefoot without scorching your tootsies. We had a site “on the beach” which was actually on the sea wall. Very nice. The campground staff was fine - not stellar but accommodating. The camp store had a good selection of necessary camping things, but we called it the “inconvenient store” due to the office and store locking up promptly at 5:00 every day. Traffic was fine, and there are a lot of dining options nearby. The Betty Steflik Preserve is a fun hike, providing habitat for gopher tortoises. We would stay again.

The lady who checked us was very unpleasant as was the store clerk, maybe a bad day. The Sites had concrete patio pads in good shape but the parking pads are very soft sand and getting the camper level was almost impossible, gravel would be very helpful here. The sewer was directly in front of every patio pad so you were forced to look at and at times smell the neighbor’s connection. They offer free internet but the connection is weak and a poor bandwidth. Cable tv is also offered but the cable connections don’t work. In all the campground is not worth the stay.

The beach front sites are great. Crashing waves and beautiful skies. The water view sites are RIGHT next to a main road and make for a very noisy night if you aren’t in an RV. Bathrooms are warm and clean and spacious, probably the nicest we’ve seen. Friendly staff. Nothing real special but a wonderful beach to hang out on.

This is definitely not a resort. Doesn’t have much amenities. It is pricey. However, it is quiet and the ocean views are amazing. This is the second time we have stayed here. It is great if you are looking for a quiet weekend getaway.

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Clean sites, good plumbing and electric. Other than being literally on the beach and the sunrise there is nothing to special about this spot. Staff are friendly. Small boardwalk with food and ice cream 2-3 miles away.

Stayed for 4 nights at a premium back-in site in our 45’ fifth wheel. We were right on the beach so you can cannot beat the view! That is what makes this campground worth staying. Priced at $170 for weekend and $155 for weekday is too much for what you get. No problems with electric or sewer, but water pressure was awful! Worst we have ever had (20-25 psi) and spoke with other campers and everyone had same issue. Didn’t try WiFi so unsure how signal was. No pool or other amenities. The beach is the only thing going for this place. While you are parked right next to the beach and have an incredible view, you are in a parking lot on a seawall that is about a 6-7 foot drop to beach. There are boardwalks along the campground for access to beach. This “drop” is a little concerning with small children. We couldn’t open the back porch (which was one of our biggest reasons for staying there) because the walkway behind the site needs to be clear for guests to walk to boardwalks. Also, be prepared to get all of your stuff, RV and vehicle plastered with salt and sand on those windy days (which was every day of our stay). About 35 mins to St Augustine. Good restaurants about 5-10 mins away. Bathrooms were clean and laundry looked clean also. No problem with road noise as we could only hear the waves crashing in the sand which was great!

I don't know if their photos were photoshopped, or were taken prior to the last hurricane, but there are no palm trees (or ANY landscaping) at this park. It is just a parking lot. Sure, it's by the ocean, which could be nice, but unfortunately during our stay, it was so incredibly windy, it ruined our stay. Our rig was actually damaged by the wind. It was so windy, the sand would pelt you on the beach, and it was impossible to even be outside. All the rigs along the beach have left early. Yes, just bad luck with the weather maybe, but be prepared: it is often windy here. Road noise is a factor as well. Street lights were bright enough to be bothersome at night.
Staff in the office were efficient but not especially friendly. Check in was easy, parking was easy (no pull-throughs, only pull in/back in sites). Sites are gravel/sand with a concrete pad and a picnic table. I'm not sure why they chose to call this a "resort"-- there is no pool, no tennis, no pickleball, no shuffleboard, etc. Only restrooms and laundry, which were clean. All in all, it may be a 4-star location, but not in ANY way a "resort". (I did not deduct stars for the weather, as that was just bad luck). However, at $155/night for a NON-premium site, it is way over-priced for what they offer, so deducted another star. In fact, of the nearly 30 places I have stayed on this 4-month trip, it is the most disproportionately priced for what you get. Will not stay here again.
**I have stayed at over 25 RV parks and campgrounds along the Florida coast over the last three months.... Look for my other reviews!**
