The parking lot is huge and there were multiple other RVs in the lot. We read reviews of other people staying multiple nights so we planned to stay for three nights. The parking lot is huge and there were multiple other RVs in the lot. We read reviews of other people staying multiple nights so we planned to stay for three nights. However, after the second night we had a note on our door reminding us of Bass Pro’s “one night per vehicle per year” policy. We took the hint and moved on to an RV park for our final night.

Overall Rating
We called to confirm that they allow overnight parking and we’re told it’s fine as long as you park on the south side of the lot. We pulled in around 10 pm to another 10 or so rigs there.
Overall was quiet and felt safe.

Very nice and clean location. Security is very friendly. Hosts don’t require you to check in or shop in store, but who am I kidding it’s paradise. They have all the fun toys you need and when you forget something when boon docking they have it. (Except ice)
Our kids love this site. And a great view of Rockies.

In a Van. Ditto on all previous reviews. Ten or more units of all types parking on the boat repair shop side. Neighbours next door in a trailer had the quietest generator (tongue mounted) I have ever heard. (WIN 3800, inverter, electric start, enclosed) They kindly ran it less than a couple of hours; but I just could barely hear it 15 ... more

(WIN 3800, inverter, electric start, enclosed) They kindly ran it less than a couple of hours; but I just could barely hear it 15 feet away with side cargo door open. Amazing! Could have run all night with no problem. This is a five star stop. Great shopping in the store. Would stay again. IPhone full bars on T-mobile (120 down/15.2 up).

Called ahead and were told it was no problem to stay a night or two. They have a huge lot and we were told to park on the side near the boat service shop, across from the Boot barn hall. Called ahead and were told it was no problem to stay a night or two. They have a huge lot and we were told to park on the side near the boat service shop, across from the Boot barn hall. We stayed 3 non-consecutive nights as our plans kept changing and we kept ending up back there. Parking lot is mostly level and we had no problems finding an even space. Lots of people staying one night but we did see a few campers who were there the whole time (not the sketchy types though, we felt totally safe).

Stayed here 1 night in our van while in Colorado Springs. Went in when we arrived, made a purchase, and the cashier said we were welcome to park anywhere on the south lot (near the boat garage). Parking lot was well lit, just 2 other rigs, inside restrooms were clean. Would definitely stay here again if coming through the area. Like others have mentioned, this is connected to a large shopping area with lots of places for takeout if needed.

We made it into Colorado Springs in the early morning hours and stopped here for the night, then stayed 2 more nights. After the sun came up we moved to a more level spot. This location is close to lots of retail and restaurants. Large parking lot so lots of room to spread out and to turn around in the larger rigs. When we were there lots of traffic during business hours for the boat service center (time to winterize). So, be sure to park as to not interrupt their flow of traffic. No hookups of course. In town for a couple days for maintenance & errands. Bass Pro was a godsend. Before we went to BPS, we had lot docked one night at the Walmart in Fountain and got no sleep due to people at all hours (even though Walmart is no longer 24 hr), train, street racing. Quiet and remote enough that you didn't have vagabonds walking around.
