Overall Rating
It’s first come first serve starting October and the choices are endless. Water is cut off but you can find sites with electric. Nice for a day or two. Beautiful views. We always like to stop here on our travels through Wyoming.

Our spot was was pretty much a pull out next to a road. Thankfully a little shade in the late afternoon. View was not bad. No bathroom anywhere near, but we were in our small RV and had our own. There was a lot of small trash on the site. We were just stopping for the night so it was okay. Better than an RV park. Wouldn’t have been happy if we were staying longer. We were on site 17 in Whiskey Gulch campground.

Overall Rating
Don't do it. The sites at this location are mostly unlevel, red ants invade, and there is no easy access to the lake. Bathrooms are fine. Some generator noise in the morning and evening hours, but otherwise it was very quiet. This is the kind of campground that you stay at when you have no other choice or just need a place to crash.
