Spaces in the resort are a little close, but the resort is pretty quiet and has awesome views of the surrounding mountains. The free wi-fi reception was poor in our area. Our neighbors were a mix of full-time residents and part-time travelers. They were all extremely nice, helpful, and welcoming! Overall, I highly recommend this resort.

This has been one of the best parks we have stayed in. The staff go above and beyond. The residents as well as the staff are so welcoming. We will miss this place. Stayed Oct 29 to Nov 3, 3021

We made reservations to stay one week at this RV Park. Due to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to travel. We called back 3 days after making original reservation to cancel. They cancelled us but charged us what it would have cost us to stay 2 nights at this park! They had plenty of time to fill our spot with other RVers. We spoke with the front desk ‘help’, but the manager refused to talk to us. In all out years of travel, we have never dealt with someone so unreasonable.

Very short drive to nice hikes in the County Park just up the road and then to Saguara NP right afterward. Tucson was not super close. Going to the market or a restaurant was typically a 20 to 30 minute drive. We stayed for one month for about $800 plus $40 for outstanding upgraded wifi.

This is a very nice, 55+ resort with many permanent residents. We stayed here for 10 nights in site 23 in the non-pet area. Our site was gravel with paved patio, 50 amp, FHU with excellent Wi-Fi, trash pickup right at site. Plenty of OTA digital channels. It is beautifully landscaped and well laid out. The park models are all in nice shape. The clubhouse is spectacular with pool and spa, many activities, the laundry room is clean, large, wash and dry are only $1 per load and they even have an outdoor enclosed drying area with clotheslines! Staff and residents are very friendly and helpful. It is in a section of Tucson called Tucson Estates with mountains visible. Our only dislike was the road noise. It is at an intersection that is frequented by trucks that are quite noisy in the middle of the night. They offer Good Sam discount. There are lots of things to do and see in the area. We would stay here again!
