Walmart

Nice employees; I found almost everything I needed.

Before closing, a painting crew started painting the parking lot. The guys had boomboxes attached to their painting machines, and they were just rocking it out. A couple hours later, I got a knock on my door; the painting crew needed me to move. I was where the manager suggested, but the painting crew still needed me to move over a few spaces so they could finish the lot. I explained that I physically couldn't downstack everything and get my wheelchair up and down again until morning. The painting foreman offered to move my wheelchair for me so that my back wouldn't go out; very polite and professional.

It was quiet after that, but the outskirts of this Walmart was very active and noisy much of the time before the painting crew and the next morning.

The Murphy gas station was very difficult to get into (one man finally stopped people from cutting me off and got me to the pump.) Make sure you have the ability to back up out of this gas station, because a big rig won't get around the station to get out the other side.

Note: I did spend one night at the Lowe's next door to this Walmart. I didn't ask Campendium to add it, because the lot is small and not very level. If you need something for a project, ask for Nancy. I have three active projects going on. Not only did she find me everything I needed, she suggested a different material (which was perfect) than what I had initially purchased for one project. She was a wealth of knowledge. This store also had a huge selection of Charlotte pipe, reducers, and fittings (missing from other Lowe's and Home Depots.) They won't cut Charlotte pipe, though. :(
