Stayed here overnight in March. Warm enough to sleep in a tent. Road noise was a bit much but def doable if u need a place right outside arches. River was amazing.

Stayed in mid March and it was cold! Car camped though and it was actually really nice. Pelicans and other birds all over the area. I called Colorado DNR and you do need a permit to be there. I think it was 10 dollars. Would totally stay again.
