"Traffic noise"
If you want peace and quiet this isn't the place. Right up against the highway, not just normal traffic noise, Payson seems to have a street racing issue. Very loud .

The kiosk to pay doesn't work , so you need to drive all the way back to Globe ranger station to pay. They must be on dial up because that took some time. Seems the envelope and write a check system would be more suitable if the kiosk isn't going...
