There’s quite a bit of Highway noise as well as noise from the big rigs, who choose to stay. But the Mountain View and free Wi-Fi makes it better than most rest stops. Sign says to limit stayed eight hours. I stayed 12 without issue.

$5 charge to dump. Friendly workers. I had a little bit of a hard time finding the dump as it’s a big lot. It’s over in the north-west corner next to the vacuum.

Great view on the river. A slope where you can go for a swim. There is cell range but no washroom facilities. No signs forbidding overnight camping. Right on the highways so there’s car noise.
