“Spacious group campground in the pines”

Overall Rating

This group campground has a very peaceful atmosphere, set back from the main road among the ponderosa pines. The area has dapped shade and large boulders for exploring.

The campground consists of a loop and can accommodate rigs about 35 feet long. There are multiple parking areas, but few of them are level.

The center of the area contains a volleyball net and seating. A large picnic area with grills is set to the left of the court.

Vault toilets are to the right of the volleyball area, with the camp host site behind.

The campground is well maintained. The road in can be bumpy and I would not recommend a large rig drive past the group campground.

The area has 2 bars of Verizon 4G with 39 megabit download and 1.2 megabit upload.
