Very quiet park. Followed other reviews for directions. We rolled in in the dark and rolled out first thing the next morning. Worked for what we needed it to. Able to top up batteries as our solar was no go due to days of storms. Absolutely no cell coverage but our starlink was great. Park seemed very clean. The road was nice and wide to maneuver or 35’ rig in easily

Nice little campground. About 15 spots, 30 and 50 amp hookups with water and sewer. Level. Clean bathrooms. 4 bars at&t.. on the river! Only staying one night but love it.
Neighbors very nice and quiet.
Someone comes at 8am to collect fees

First off, they are replacing the bridge on Henry Dupuis Road west of the campground, so the only way in or out is on highway 3177. The sites were clean and level with concrete pads and well located utilities. There is a senior discount bringing the price down to $10 which is an absolute bargain for a FHU site. There is no pay box, you have to wait for the worker to come by in the morning to pay, No showers, but the unisex bathroom was nice and clean. The sites are close together with little privacy, but there were only 7 of the 17 occupied during our stay so it felt fine. There is a bit of traffic on Henry Dupuis Road and the CG is right on the road. Nice boat ramp on site that gets a fair amount of use, but not a problem. Starlink worked great in our site and would probably be fine in all sites. No hiking from the campground, but the visitor center on I-10 at the 3177 exit is wonderful and worth a visit.
We did not have T-Mobile cel coverage in the campground.

The water is not great, but it is clean and potable, we drink it by mistake and didn't get sick.
There is no cell service, but Starlink worked fine.
Really quiet and nice place, would go back again. Full hookup for 10$ per day is really good, we can't ask for better.

We’ve arrived around 5pm, only local campers occupied some sites. There is no one onsite in the afternoon. The groundskeeper came by in the morning, collected the $10 fee, checked the water quality, cleaned the unisex bathrooms and cleaned up the area. We’d a nice overnight stay.

This is in a neighborhood area along a river. We enjoyed a relaxing afternoon sipping brew and watching the boats. We had a first class set of rednecks next to us providing us and 3 miles surrounding with country and blues music. Maybe a little loud but the beer drowned that out!
We’d certainly return

There is no fee booth. A guy comes by around 8am every day and collects camping fees. It’s $15 normally. I think it might be $10 if you’re a senior.
Like I said, very nice, quiet, peaceful place, just don’t run the water through your RV.

$10 (senior rate) with FULL hookups on a paved slab next to Bayou La Rose. Even though next to a roadway, it is quiet. Sites are large enough for big rigs. Unisex flush toilet without a lock! Would give it 5-stars but no WiFi and pitiful cell service.
