I made the mistake of not fully checking the edge of the gravel and ended up in the mud...badly. Needed a tow truck to pull me out. He offered to make sure I was set up for the night, but it was going to rain again that night and did not want to repeat this. I called H&G RV park and they were able to get me in. They were in a similar, boggy situation and ended up just setting up on their turnaround. It was flat and dry, and I was able to leave with without incident (Thank you!).
All in all, this looked like a great place to boondock, but the weather turned anything off gravel into a mud pit. I would try this place again -only if it was dry and test the ground before pulling in.

Plenty of gravel sites along fire road. Most surrounded by woods, but the one we stayed at (at the coordinates provided on this site) was in front of a marshy meadow. Some noise from the interstate, but it's pretty quiet. Enjoy!

To get there, you have to go down a very flat and wide gravel road. Nothing sketchy, but still be aware. The directions will take you to the first campsite. It’s on the right. It’s like a little clearing in the trees with a drive in. There are more sites, so if this is taken, keep going. We stopped at the second spot, it was on the left. It’s just a drive into a clearing of trees. It’s so peaceful!
Most of the people staying out there were hunters. We are not, but it was just an overnight. There were surprisingly quite a few people that drive through at night on the gravel road, and it’s actually close to the interstate, so you can hear interstate traffic, especially in the morning. But there is no access to the interstate from there.
We used our generator some, but ultimately turned it off at night. No restrictions on generators. This is dispersed camping so there is no water or power or dump stations. It came through quite a storm at 2 am, but the clearing is big enough that we didn’t have to worry about trees, and the ground didn’t get too soupy from the rain.
The site we saw and the site we stayed in were massive! You could fit any size rig in them. Maybe we were staying in a group area? Who knows! No signs lol. Overall, a great location and we will stay again if we are in the area.
