“Everything is nice...even the volunteers. ”

Reviewed Apr 19, 2019

This is a top notch campground. I wish I could've stayed here for a month. Our camp site felt private and shaded. The path to the beach was perfect for biking or rollerblading (and when we were too tired to do that, we just took the tram!). We'll definitely come back here...soon, I hope!

“Sites too close together”

Reviewed Apr 01, 2019

Overall Rating

The location of this park is great. Close to the beach....although too far to comfortably walk more than once (bikes are a must at this park). There is a tram but it runs every hour so time your going/coming accordingly. It is a big park with LOTS of big rigs so know that before going. Privacy is minimal. Sitting at our site I could he... more

“Great biking and hiking”

Reviewed Feb 18, 2019

Our Bay Tree loop site 29 has yet to be remodeled and awaits its turn as other loops are slowly being updated with concrete and newer hookups. This site is lakefront and on first glance not private enough for us. But after settling in we found the site to be just fine. A huge magnolia tree sits outside our camper’s rear window and did ... more

Reviewed Feb 16, 2019

Our first two nights spent here were in lieu of losing our reservation at St. Andrews State Park near Panama City. An end result of Hurricane Michael. We were fortunate to get a site here at Topsail to tack onto the reservation previously made. Of course we will have to pack up and move to the other site, but that is not an issue. This... more

We stayed here in January, which was a perfect time of the year to visit if you like peace and quiet. Our site was spacious and lots of vegetation for privacy. Everyone was very friendly and the tram service to the beach was wonderful. The camp store is currently closed but hopefully they will reopen soon. Close to Many restaurants an... more

While this is located on the Gulf ... you do not feel like you are at the beach. Yes there is a trolly to the beach but this is not your view. The sites are somewhat “tropical” but are very close. There are NO beaches in this county that allows pets of non-resident. Do not plan to take puppy on a day to the beach anywhere. This... more

This park is an Oasis. The nightly rate was 42 plus a few fees and taxes. It is full hookups and cable! All in all we paid close to 49 dollars per night. We absolutely loved our time at this park. The first thing we did when we arrived was biked down to the beach with our beach chairs.
