This was our first ever stop as full timers. Firstly it was within walking distance to the town. Showers and laundry on site. Spots were somewhat tight but the lot wasn't full.

Easy check-In. Friendly staff helped get us park and plug in. There appears to be many full-time residents here. Gravel parking, level, but narrow. We had full hook ups, 50A. Wells Fargo RV Park is in a good location. Everything is in walking distance. Pet friendly, free WIFI, AT&T cell has good signal. We will stay here again.

So close to everything! We never used our car, except when we went to Bisbee! Sites are VERY tight, but they help you get in and we didn't have a problem. Although the park is VERY small, they do have a laundry area and bathrooms. My husband said the bathrooms were OK... I never used them. But I did use the laundry which was very small... more

Although the park is VERY small, they do have a laundry area and bathrooms. My husband said the bathrooms were OK... I never used them. But I did use the laundry which was very small and clean and did do the job. We had full hookups. The internet definitely needs some work! It is useable (sometimes). Usually VERY early in the morning (like 3am -5am). The folks here are very friendly. It's about 30 minutes to beautiful Bisbee. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!
(There was something wrong with the electric though, not sure what, but it kept overcharging our AGM batteries. We had to unplug and then the problem went away)

We arrived in afternoon and the manager guided us into our spot. It was the easiest arrival we’ve done! Very clean, level, all gravel place. Bathrooms are hot and muggy. Could use AC or a fan in the bathrooms. Showers are clean. Location of RV park couldn’t be more perfect. Was nice to go into town…do a tour and come back to RV to cool... more

Could use AC or a fan in the bathrooms. Showers are clean. Location of RV park couldn’t be more perfect. Was nice to go into town…do a tour and come back to RV to cool off and rest. And, then go out again from such close distance to it all.

Short walk to down town Tombstone. Friendly staff. Clean park. Good working hookups. It was just way to tight for us especially with our two big dogs. For just wanting to explore Tombstone this is the perfect spot. For us, we like a little space so the state parks are more our style.

Enjoy this kitchsy little town where tourists are dressed up in authentic period piece clothing of the era. If you’re feeling dramatic, dress up yourself as a cowboy or damsel; the many shops have the clothing for any occasion. Totally touristy, and very fun. We saw a cheesy re-enactment of the shootout at the OK Corral. No Tony Awards being won, but good ole fun. Kids will love it. This RV Park is as utilitarian as it gets, but the price is right.

We chose it because we had scheduled a late night ghost tour and wanted the convenience, and it worked out perfect, as the tour began and ended on the nearby corner. It did have showers, but I almost gave up because the first 2 I tried had no hot water. The last one did. We were so close to our neighbor we couldn't leave our sewer hose in because they would've tripped on it getting out of their rig. The park had wi-fi, but it was so slow we wound up using our data plan anyway.

Ratty old park, but can’t beat the location. Noisy, because it’s next to main drag, but quiets down at night. Loved being able to walk 150 ft and be at the OK Corral shootout location. Dog friendly bars nearby, American Legion across the street. Rest rooms and showers acceptable.

I wouldn't stay here for an extended amount of time only because you are really close to your neighbor and its a bit pricy for what it is. The wifi is unusable and the laundry dryers take two rounds to dry a load. The manager was nice and things were well maintained, but just not our style for an extended trip.
