Whenever we come to the area we always stay here. They have amazing amenities and the sites are large and paved. The location is perfect and we can get to our favorite restaurants in minutes. The staff is wonderful.

We stayed here for 4 nights and fortunately had great weather the whole time. Close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg to make a quick run but far enough away to be able to stay out of the mess. Campground was very nice and site was roomy with a stamped concrete pad wide enough and long enough to accommodate 38' Toyhauler, Motorcycle and Pickup. Area was clean with the exception of some dirt runoff due to an ongoing expansion but not anything to worry about. We did experience one night where there was some noise from a vehicle, late at night, that could have been avoided but other than that the evening hours were layed back and relaxing. Office staff was very friendly and accommodating upon arrival and for the duration of the stay. Price was high at $79/night but we don't camp much yet and felt we would splurge a little.Site had full hookups with excellent wifi and Cable (60 channels) which was best we have come across.
Overall this is a very nice location and will probably only get better with time. I would suggest to try this location soon before the word gets out because availability might be tough.

For the last five years we have camped at the KOA in pigeon Forge. Due to events out of our control we were unable to get a spot there so we went looking for a new place. We looked into the ridge. Like the other reviewer has already said it is new, there aren’t many trees, and there is still construction going on. However, that didn’t Diminish our experience at all. Other than the check in we had no trouble with tight turns. I could see how it would be difficult to find your spot if it were dark. There aren’t any streetlights..... (Which adds to the quiet hour… Most of the kids settle down at dark), Only small pedestal lights. The sites are level and very large. There are activities organized by the office such as pool parties, movie night, and the snowcone truck rolls through here.
It’s about a 10 to 15 minute drive into the heart of pigeon Forge.
I teach online classes for VIPkid. I was able to teach classes and use the campground Wi-Fi. The signal was perfect I had no trouble at all.

Phase 1 opened Memorial Day weekend in 2019. There are a total of 49 spaces in Phase 1. Phase 1 also includes 5 adorable tiny homes to rent. Phase 2 is being built now to include more RV sites and Safari Glamping tents. I see three of those being built. Sites are level stamped concrete with full hook ups and 50A. Grass in between sites and new trees planted, so no shade yet. The registration office was on old church so it is huge. Full fitness center, bathrooms and laundry. Also a very large pool, a nice playground and a kids room inside the building. When you pull into the registration area there are three spaces for you to park your rig - but - it is a very tight turn to get into those spots. I do not think we could of even gotten into the far left lane if the other two were full. Sites 1-16 (in red on the map) are down lower and you do get a lot of road traffic from a main road behind them (which you don't see on the map). I thought site 5, which we're in now, was in the back of the park. Nope, up front and by a pretty busy street. Wifi works great! There are wifi antennas all over the park.
