We stayed here for 4 nights for the Great Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion. Gorgeous campground. Clean, sites very spacious. Sites are not squeezed in next to each other like other campgrounds that we’ve stayed at in Pigeon Forge. It’s more expensive than the smaller campgrounds but well worth it. We stayed here for 4 nights for the Great Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion. Gorgeous campground. Clean, sites very spacious. Sites are not squeezed in next to each other like other campgrounds that we’ve stayed at in Pigeon Forge. It’s more expensive than the smaller campgrounds but well worth it. Close by to the parkway and all the attractions. If we come back to Pigeon Forge we’re staying there again. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Pigeon Forge Landing is a massive RV resort in the heart of Pigeon Forge. You’re very close to all activities but the resort is far back enough off the main road that you don’t hear road noise. Pigeon Forge Landing is a massive RV resort in the heart of Pigeon Forge. You’re very close to all activities but the resort is far back enough off the main road that you don’t hear road noise. The sites are large level concrete pads with a mix of pull throughs and back ins. The bathrooms are very clean with private restrooms and showers. The pool area is nice and has a large jacuzzi. We were backed up against the river and had a nice view. We were surrounded by lots of grass so we had plenty of area for our pups to be on leashes and go potty. The campground has tent sites available for those who prefer tent camping. The only downside to this campground is with all the land they have, the dog park is very tiny. It works for small pups but for large dogs that need to run, it’s not happening there. It was overall a great stay and we would definitely go back!

Had a great time here in the summer of 2022. Highlight of our trip was floating down the little pigeon forge river in our own tubes. Very nice laundry room. Quiet.

Stayed over Thanksgiving week as our first time to the area. Access can be a pain depending on when you arrive with traffic on the parkway and congestion around the Apple Barn. Campground was nice and new with them building an expansion that appears to nearly double the size. Sites are nice with level concrete pads and asphalt aprons. ... more
Stayed over Thanksgiving week as our first time to the area. Access can be a pain depending on when you arrive with traffic on the parkway and congestion around the Apple Barn. Campground was nice and new with them building an expansion that appears to nearly double the size. Sites are nice with level concrete pads and asphalt aprons. They’re close together but not super tight. Being a new campground there are no trees, they’ve planted a bunch but it will be quite some time before they’re established. Pool and hot tub looked nice but was too cold for us to want to try them out. Laundry was convenient to our site and payable by app. They prohibit outside firewood and charge a fortune for small bundles, we went through $20 worth in one night. Cell signal was strong however data service sucks throughout the area it seems on AT&T and Sprint/T-Mobile. The campground wifi was spotty but useable when not peak times in the evening.
