Nothing manicured about this place, fishing pond. Stream running behind camp site. Friendly staff and campers, bathrooms clean, water good to drink. Electricity is wired right for hook ups. Good deal for price

Pros - Open a availability for two large travel trailers with full hook ups last minute right as summer season is beginning. Heber City is 10 mins away with all you need for food/RV repair/first aid etc. Pretty location! Right below a dam so heads up! We had GREAT neighbors. Open a availability for two large travel trailers with full hook ups last minute right as summer season is beginning. Heber City is 10 mins away with all you need for food/RV repair/first aid etc. Pretty location! Right below a dam so heads up! We had GREAT neighbors. Lots of full timers around but everyone is pretty friendly. Lots of dogs. Spaces are pretty tight but we were ok with it :) There are multiple gorgeous trails along the Provo river, a pond to fish in nearby, a large grassy field for kids to play in. The road around the whole park was paved so we were able to ride our bikes, skateboards, and electric scooters around all week which was great! Because...

It’s April 2021 and the playground was still closed due to “the virus” so telling our 5 young children to stay off the awesome playground is just ridiculous at this point. Yet, all of the dirty, chipped picnic tables were ok to use, even though I’m sure they are NEVER cleaned or maintained whatsoever. Laundry is a MESS. Laundry Key is held hostage due to the virus as well. Mask up or you’re treated like a dog. Management checked us in with her back towards me, and spies on you with cameras while you’re doing laundry. Even if you’re doing laundry all alone, you must mask up. Not worth the price considering all amenities are closed. Should have paid $20/night.

If you're looking for a quiet relaxing environment, not so much.

Owners anxious over keeping Covid at bay with rules sometimes confusing.
Restrooms open but obey the rules! Showers open, but obey the rules! Mask mandatory in store! Overall well-maintained park. Would stay again.

Quiet at night and close to area sites/towns, which are very quaint, especially Midway! Nice camp store, hot showers, rec center, playground for kids, and grass areas. Dog friendly and across from the river and wetlands that have walking trails. WiFi worked good. Price is with Good Sam discount.
Surprised how many more cabins than RV sites there were here.

Only 8 of the pull through sites (#’s 2-9) are big rig friendly being longer than 60’. Other pull through sites are approximately 50’ and difficult to impossible to park larger (36’ Fifth Wheel) and truck. Be sure to give them your total length to make sure you have enough room to park. Access to Middle Provo River across the road. There’s also a stream that runs through the back of the campground and a small fishing pond. Easy to bicycle out of the campground. Nice campground store. Good WiFi. Able to receive mail, UPS & FedEx.

It’s an RV Park so it’s already at a disadvantage in my book. It’s not bad, but I wouldn’t classify it as good either. I would say it could be much better than it is with a little care. The landscaping needs improvement and just the general upkeep. It is down in a quiet little valley on a dead end road and the store has an actual liquor license, which is a nice feature in Utah. The staff was friendly enough and the cost was within reason. If you’re into RV Park “camping” you’ll probably be reasonably satisfied.
