This dispersed site is nestled amongst some atv/off roading trails but surrounded by aspens and peaks to the north. During the weekend it can be a bit trafficked due to off road vehicles, but it didn’t bother us. This dispersed site is nestled amongst some atv/off roading trails but surrounded by aspens and peaks to the north. During the weekend it can be a bit trafficked due to off road vehicles, but it didn’t bother us. During the week it is serene with an occasionally rider. 25 minutes from town on a gravel road (4wd preferred but not required), close access to several trail systems, and awesome sunsets! Very happy here.

Dusty. There are dudes riding those little dune buggies all over the place which doesn't help. The setting of the campsite is charmless. The road up to this charmless campsite is a literal goat path which in my humble opinion should not be attempted by low clearance vehicles or any towed rig with high clearance. I didn't stay. Dusty. There are dudes riding those little dune buggies all over the place which doesn't help. The setting of the campsite is charmless. The road up to this charmless campsite is a literal goat path which in my humble opinion should not be attempted by low clearance vehicles or any towed rig with high clearance.
I didn't stay. It has all the charm of a Walmart parking lot without the bathrooms.

Overall Rating
We look forward to the snow melting so we can access this site. We drove up bumpy gravel road and about 1.5 miles out we hit snow. Still too deep to drive thru and we did not want to get stuck. Beautiful up there, driving through aspens, will go back!
