Nice facilities, but all dirt/gravel in playground and dog park . Cute store. At this time of year it’s REALLY hot, and no shade. Would be great in early spring/late fall.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Very hot (over 100) during the day. No shade, but a nice pool, and ample space between RVs. Dog park is cute, but gravel like the rest of the park. For small dogs, that’s not great. Check out Sabor y Cerveza for great Mexican food.

Cute little store that had just about anything you could need.

I've never stayed at a KOA because they are usually very expensive. This one was cheaper than some of the other RV parks in Needles, CA. They offer military and senior discounts. It was clean, the pool was beautiful and such a relief on a 104 degree day. Showers and restrooms were immaculate, and well taken care of. Sites separated by oleander, so lots of privacy. I had a tree which provided some much needed shade in the afternoon heat. Staff was friendly, and patrolled the grounds on their golf carts. Well stocked (if expensive) store.
Check in was efficient and friendly. Jesse escorted us to our site.
Well worth the $40 to use the pool, and hook up to electricity to run my AC.

Only one small negative point - the railroad is close by, noise from freight trains accelerating uphill can be bothersome.

Pull-through 50 amp FHU gravel. Site #91.
Staff: Easy to get ahold of when needed. Very nice and helpful every time!
Sites: Basic needs but really like the privacy shrubs in between sites. Our site was a little bit short but there are other longer sites available.
Campground Road: Gravel/dirt. Nicely maintained and flat.
Campground WiFi: Not able to connect.
Grounds: Clean and maintained well.
Bathrooms/Showers: Did not use.
Laundry: Did not use.
Location: Some good spots to explore and restaurants in town (park is on the outside of town). Also it is a fairly short drive to Havasu Lake.
Near highway: Directly off of I-40 so highway noise exists.
Near train: Not that I recall.
Cell: Verizon shows the connection (sometimes full bars) to be much stronger than it actually performs. Shows full bars but connection was off and on.
Cell: AT&T had less bars but similar actual connection to Verizon.

Nice place to stay for a quick one night stay to break up our drive back home. It’s right off the 40 which is convenient for easy on and off and not in the middle of the town. It’s the middle of summer and 115° so the place was only about at 15% occupancy. Pool, showers, laundry, full hook ups, pull thru site.

We stay there for one night on the way to the Grand Canyon and found it to be very nice. It was relatively quiet, considering you’re close to the freeway. It was easy to get into with a big rig and the pool and the staff are very nice. We highly recommend this RV park for an overnight stay on the way to wherever you’re going.

You put a nut on your spot, fill out the envelope with your CC info, drop the envelope through the slot in the door, and you are done! Each spot has a bush separating it from the others, which is nice. The water spigot was a little hidden in the bush at our spot, but it worked great once we found it.
