Overall Rating
Stayed 1 night, August 2023. Mosquitoes were plentiful and ravenous. Restrooms were locked, but there is a covered shed building with lights and power and picnic tables. A small rig could park under the shed roof. Maybe 10 feet tall. There aren't pads to park on here, but there is a small gravel driveway and an old, overgrown sand voll... more
Stayed 1 night, August 2023. Mosquitoes were plentiful and ravenous. Restrooms were locked, but there is a covered shed building with lights and power and picnic tables. A small rig could park under the shed roof. Maybe 10 feet tall. There is a nice rest area 22 miles north with clean restrooms. We drove there in the morning to use restrooms and make breakfast.

just pull up next to the picnic shelter, 2- 30amp service plugins on the shelter side. Very quiet town. flush toilet in park. Old school playground, swings, slides, and merry-go round.

Overall Rating
Monango is a wide spot in the road on US 281. The RV sites appear to be parallel to the main building on the back side. There are 2 30a outlets on the side wall of the building. Park in the grass along the dirt access road
