As the other recent commenter said. Its open Automated stand $9 for dump.
Water spigot has a valve on the back side of it. Need own hose (thankfully so don't have to worry about someone using it to flush). Probably technically non potable (no sign) as it 2 foot from the dump.

It Is Open Contrary To The Last Post. There Is No Circular Valve For The Water. You Turn It On With A Lever Behind It. I’m Guessing Precious Post Didn’t Figure That Out. You Can Get Free Water Here Without Dumping

Friendly staff, price has increased to $9. Staff let us know that the water at the dump station is the same water they have inside, minus the filtering that they do in the store. We have a filter installed in our RV, so we didn’t hesitate. We also filled an auxiliary water cab for boiling. All in all, easy access and a good spot!

It's now a Circle K. I was assured by an employee that the water is potable, and a fellow user told me she had filled here several times without issue.

Easy to access, level for your dumping, you can pay at the station or cashier will give you a code. Mobil/Burger King is convenient. Easy access to get back going on the direction of your choice. Water, propane and garbage can are available at the site too.

“Great Dumping Station”

Big parking lot, easy access to dumping station - turn in behind the store - watch for speed bump! Drive straight and it is beside the propane. Card reader, spigot with good water pressure, easy to use. Rey convenient!
