“Great Stay For Two Weeks!”

Overall Rating

We found this property and had a BOGO in November so we stayed for two weeks. Huge pull through, clean/updated facility, nice common areas and pool. Close to shopping and daily needs, beautiful views of foothills in the distance. Community that lives there are super nice. We would definitely return. Cell service wasn’t the best for ATT or TMobile, but we had Starlink so it was not an issue.

Overall Rating

The good -
Nice ladies at the desk.
Good size pull through space
Nice laundry

The bad -
Cost $2.00 to access the laundry before the price of the machines
2nd highest price overnight fee which we have paid.
Extremely STRONG sewer gas smell. We had to close our valves. Even with the valves closed the smell coming in through the windows was terrible. The local residents within the park have been complaining for quite sometime.
Noisy, many dogs barking, roadway noise.
No Wi-Fi that worked.
Terrible T-Mobile coverage.
